Identify and develop strategic opportunities and partnerships for solutions allowing customers to monitor, operate and analyse data of Mobility Hubs and Service station Networks. Set-up of organisation structure, define internal process flows and introduce governance and stewardship through KPIs and Steering committees.
Manage a team of ~15 people responsible for the end-to-end Supply Chain of Lubes Base Stocks in Europe, Africa and Middle East including tactical supply-demand planning, marine scheduling, improvement projects and overseeing overland transportation and storage activities. Following an organizational restructure mid 2021 assumed full responsibility for scheduling, marine operations and demurrage for all marine movements of Chemicals, Lubes Base Stocks and Asphalt in Europe, Africa and Middle East.
