• Installing and configuring software and middelware on Linux and Windows Systems. • Automating processes with scripts in Python, Bash and Batch. • Maintaining and improving the infrastructure of cloud-based solutions (AWS). • Troubleshooting/resolving issues through troubleshooting session with customers and/or Analyzing of the log-files .
• Installing software programs on the new laptops to offer the internal customers user-friendly ICT support. • Performing administrative tasks. • Install operating systems, application software or hardware and/or make minor changes to the default settings if necessary. • Provide support for 1st line incidents and system admin.
